    Thanks for the info on the first page about CEO's email address etc. :beer:
    A few weeks ago I had an issue with my T's mobile phone (long story, but basically I sent it off for repair under the 2 year guarantee using their packaging, screen was cracked in transit and it was their word against mine whether the screen was already damaged when I sent it off).
    Anyway, repair centre turned me down as I had no proof that screen wasn't already cracked, so I emailed Philip Clarke thanks to the info on this thread. Result is that they have given me a choice of phones, all slightly higher spec than the damaged S3.
    A massive thanks, as I wouldn't have escalated the complaint if it wasn't for the info on here :A:A (the fact that I have bought another phone while waiting is another matter, but at least DS2 is happy as he now has the 'new' phone :T:T)

    No probs! :cool::)

    A wasted trip to A. Tigercub really unwell so had to abandon - no s/w and wifi not working in store so I couldn't check AvM for a weetabix shop :(

    However, DeeDee, I scanned the surf tabs x 30 for you and they came up as £7.70

    I have yet to visit an A with working wi-fi

    Expensive (£3) Ribena. I've no idea why anyone would ever buy it, but may be useful on Tvs A if you have significant MOCs off, though for me frankly they'd have to be at least £2.50 off and take it to 50p or something!:rotfl: After Robinsons glitch, Ribena... really?!? (Would anyone?:eek:)

    May be okay in T if slim(?) chance of DTD as looks like shot up in price there in very last few days. Good luck!:) Remember only buy (in T) if, sadly, £4 SEL:rotfl:. Wish it were £3 on previously in T:(.
