Hi Zippydooda. I have a tassimo, but the only thing in my water tank is a little round grey stone looking object, sorry the description is so vague! I assume its to try and prevent lime scale build up. Not sure what the objects are in your photo. Can you contact them of FB, or send them an email with your photo?

Hope you get it working soon, as I can highly recommend the lattes:)

thanks a lot, looks like my guess was round the wrong way. that circular float was it fitted when you got it? as your silver bit in the centre of it, is towards the inside of the jug or don't it matter.
