Witch_Hazel wrote: »Purpledonkey & abailey54 good luck on giving up the ciggies. I stopped beginning of December. I found it very hard, was on patches and losengers but the cravings were driving me insane! Snappy as hell all the time, spoke to the smoking nurse I decided to come off the patches etc and start a course on champix. Best thing I ever did, six weeks on them and have no desire to smoke at all, the smell of smoke on people makes me boak as it is rank.
Smoking nurse :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I have to say I ve never smoked , never even had a try , I got something right lol.
I'm drinking an alpro soya vanilla flavour milk shake and it s really nice. Not as nice as a milky bar crushems from KFC. It's 138 calories but I bet the crushems are about 1138 calls lol0 -

I have no idea what goes on... I am the lady of the Elite!binkybinkybinky wrote: »OK we might come from Ull. We might be drongos. That might define us as pretty stupid on the whole - and yes, we are if truth be told. We are shipyards & factories not academies or Eton School. But we like a wee bitty fitba, we are still in the Premiership next season, we whipped your sorry whatsit for 45 mins tonight even though our boys cost about the same in total as your Van Persie, £40 million?
Is there shipyards in Hull now? In fact is there many factories left now! Hopefully the wind farm will mean that there is a factory... but given the government they are likely to have sold Hull out!!
I thought Hull people were cod heads, not drones. You have Hull Uni... which is excellent! and have made significant progress in academic attainment of the children in school... and will be the city of culture!
But god I hate football! Rugby.... now that is a mans' game...and I always thought Hull was a mecca to Rugby!100 -

Now - do I really need to go down to M again tomorrow in case prices change?:eek: (Price collection this week on 'bank holiday' Tuesday and Wednesday.) Nah, I don't think I really do! But let me know if you spot anything changed (or anything more to add, once I get the finished info. onto this forum).
I've been watching the video on the "M cheaper" website. He's right (the CEO) - they are making it more affordable. It is (in theory!) making my Mr A shopping more affordable:rotfl:. To be fair though, if it wasn't for the 10% off, or for the glitches, I'd be shopping in Mr M for all their good stuff - they are a good store and they do make things affordable. So, if there was a reason, perhaps pay-day offers making it better, but for the fact I'd never spend anything like those huge amounts:rotfl:, I would shop in M. Right - after I've now been blinded by the light...:rotfl::rotfl: If you are near an M and have no A available to you - I'd certainly say shop in M (unless you can get glitches from Mr T:rotfl:).
I did have a laugh at the bit where one of their execs said there are typically 25,000 products in stores and 'how can customers be expected to remember that many prices?':rotfl::rotfl:. Well exactly - so that's why I should be allowed to write them all down!!:rotfl: To be fair again though, that was just an errant (deputy) store manager and, see, the view at the exec. level can be different! It's the way it's 'pitched' to the public here as well, a different perspective from the trade press giving the reasons behind all of it. Also they showed they are going to give their own price history graphs, so we can see if an item really is a good-priced offer! I suspect no-one will buy if they find it's ever been cheaper at some previous time! However, the reason this works though is that many people will be instore, and will be shopping with the 'offers' they see there and rather than checking the price histories online.
Mr M - a good store. And I have some non-comp. pricing for the list again, once more, too! Actually two lists (or three): Avs M, Tvs M and M.
I'll stick around and see what I can get done in next couple of days!!0
