    Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening,

    How are we all? Did you all have a good Bank Holiday weekend?

    Back to the grind tomorrow. Booohiss.

    I've lost a total of 7lb in 2 weeks since I started doing the H2Only challenge (fluid intake can only be water for 2 weeks) and started interval training at the gym. A few more lb and then I am happy as larry. Hopefully the double chin will be gone and I will look OK again. Hurrah! I defintely recommend switching to water instead of pop/juice even if it's just for a few days as it definitely does help if you are trying to lose weight. Also, the pains in my joints have totally vanished. Having said that I was on 2 litres of pop a day which I guess is far too much.

    I bought 6 packs and they go out of date in July, not that they'll last that long. I also have 2 boxes (9 bars in each) that a friend bought back from France on Saturday :D
