I bought the pineapple last week and it came back n/a, even though it should compare according to MSL and the OP had said that pineapple works. I don't know why it didn't work at the time I bought it but sometimes items simply stop comparing for one day or sometimes much longer. This is my comparison and I bought melon and grapes as the trigger:

2 x ASDA Simply Snacks Apple & Grapes (80g) £0.88 £1.00
2 x ASDA Simply Snack Pineapple Slice (80g) £1.00 N/A

Unless anyone knows if pineapple has started working again I wouldn't buy more than one or it messes up the whole comparison of 3 for £1 in T. You need to buy 1 melon and grapes and any 4 shown in the pics OR 1 melon and grapes, 1 pineapple and any 3 shown in the pics.

Edit : sorry my mistake it's 4 for £1.50 in T therefore pineapple will spoil whole comparison if still not working. Best to avoid IMO

Many thanks for the information Evangeline. Please can anyone tell me if there are regional variations on an item such as the pineapple comparing as these are the results I see when logged into MS:

I'd really like to be able to use fruit packs as fillers so would be most grateful if anyone could tell me if the variations in what compares and what doesn't against a variety of shops mean that this is not a good bet for trying to get an APG?

yes i'm sure ;) i bought 21 bunnies, 21 double choc eggs & 21 caramel eggs :p so works out 10p each :p

OK, having also just re-read your post I now realise you bought 3 OF EACH, so that does work out.

Don't eat all of them at once ;)
