    Good Morning everyone:)

I am just going to do my first ever g.redeem shop at marksies. Can I just confirm that I scan my coupon straight after scanning my shopping, ie include it like it's an item, and then I press finish and pay? Will it be ok if I am purchasing wine as they have to authorise I am over 18?

Any advice appreciated as I don't want to mess it up;)

Yes, so long as you scan your coupon before you hit finish and pay you should be fine. The wine has to be authorised but it won't cause any problems. I managed to find a huge chicken on Saturday, with a price label of £8.67 :D

More Rhubarb ideas, you could make candied Rhubarb

    http://www.bethrooneyphotography.com/blog/candied-rhubarb/

Stew it and use it with plain yogurt to make your own fruit corners.

Add extra water when stewing and extract maximum juice and add it to Vodka as a shot, gorgeous!

Send a big parcel of it to me as my ungrateful Rhubarb is way behind:rotfl:

Thank you QRB.....I've bookmarked that one too. Is it a blog you read?

Need to move money around but better than savings accounts if you have money that needs to be saved and earning interest:
TSB - 5% on balances up to £2000 (2 allowed)
Nationwide - 5% on balances up to £2500 (1 allowed) - £50 for you, £50 for referer if referred by existing Nationwide account holder
Lloyds - 4% on balances up to £5000, 6 vue tickets/Gourmet society annual membership or one year sub of a magazine)
Santander 123 - 3% up to £20000 (2 allowed unless changed recently, use switching service for £34ish TCB cashback)

Halifax - £5 per month on Reward, money in and out. £100 switching bonus
    Coop - £100 switching bonus,

All require a specific amount of money being deposited each month to get the interest and may require a minimum of 2 direct debits. but with planning and reading the specific terms and conditions you can move money around to trigger the interest/payment. Need to read the specifics for each account before setting up/switching accounts in.

Note that any applications may have an impact on your credit file/rating, so don't get carried away, particularly if you are planning on applying for a mortgage in the near future given the new mortgage rules that came into force this week.

Jsut be careful if you go for a big chicken, make sure it has the meal deal label on it! Some stores (including mine) don't let the meal deal work without the label.

    This is no joke....

....when I was working in A&E, I clerked a 92 year old gentleman with a dildo in his rectum.

That was his 'presenting complaint' and nothing else.

Oh I bet there are a few strange sights in hospital a & e s across the country lol
