Did a normal shop at A's yesterday and picked up 3 for £1 sweets at checkout, flake, wine gums and softmints. The flake and softmints compared 60p v 60p across all supermarkets but the wine gums don't show on apg at all. Just be careful about throwing an extra item on at checkout to get your no. of items as these will not count0

I had no idea that 'Elite' was supposed to be in the title.

Good morning all.:D
Well, a new thread. Sad about the dissension, but it does happen occasionally.
We are all so passionate about our moneysaving though, so use the ignore button and don't bite back if you can possibly avoid doing so.
It would be very sad to lose the thread, and despite the occasional ructions we are a happy and supportive group. Look at the love shown to our Mad, and the support shown to logie, to name just two.
I have had a lovely few days. Attended a wedding on Friday. One of my best friend's daughter married a lovely lad. She looked beautiful. I don't have a daughter, and I was included in the dress choosing and the arrangements, and was so proud that I am considered to be her 'other mum'.:D
Although it was misty it didn't rain thank goodness.
I laughed and cried in equal amounts, drank far too much Prosecco, nearly ruptured myself on the dance floor and had a brilliant time. We had the Welsh contingent here:beer: and they know how to party:T .They are driving back to Wales today, but having a late start cos the local pub had a visit last night;) (and Thursday night:D) for dinner, lots of drinks, and more catchup time with new friends and an old Welsh friend that I haven't seen for 20 years.
Going for coffee and a catchup with VT this afternoon, after returning some clothes to T, and to A that 'don't fit':D
Hope you are all well, and good wishes sent for the birthdays I've missed. No hope of catching up, as still have loads of pages of the old thread to read, but no time, as the holiday departure date is galloping closer and I still have soooo much to do:eek:
Hugs to all.
