    Afternoon all. Happy birthday cheer1eader, elainemn and MKS dgd!
    :bdaycake::bdaycake::bdaycake:

    Going back to catch up.

    Thanks, PT. DGD has had a lovely day. Lots of Sofia/Doc McStuffin (sp)/Princess stuff. In her element, dressed up in her Sofia ballet dress/come Princess dress (got from US $10) with clip clop shoes and choice of tiaras. One happy three year old. :T:T:T What more could any nanny want? :)

    I tested my heart rate at home on 2 phone apps ( don't know if they're accurate or not ) and both were approx 90

    Now now COT, don't worry about that, have a boogie and work it off ;)

    And today's bus report goes as follows-

    This'll be my last one for a while :j :j

    Bus is full. I managed to find a seat after making sure that no one in more need was standing. A couple of older but not quite elderly people got on a couple of stops after. I offered them both my seat but they insisted on standing :o

    My conscience couldn't handle it so I got up and told them that my parents would never forgive me if I stayed sat down :)

    No more buses for 25 days :j :j :j

    So means lie on sunbed (no reserving :p) Put sunscreen on and get tanned. (sun coloured, Dotty and DM and nothing else) :D

    Have a lovely holiday.

    I am sure that this is the line of a song from the 80's!

    Now be kind to me, and update me on this weeks going off's.... I am exhausted, I should have stayed at home this week with the chest infection, instead I have worked silly hours (worst being 6am - 12 midnight). If I catch up... it will be time to go back to work.
