    Afternoon all.
No time to read back yet. Been out for blood test, take my mum to her club and now off to collect a t c&c and take Tessa (doggie) for a walk. Will catch up later hopefully :o

Just a daily reminder to vote for Harley (hearing dog) and if Harley wins, his owner is going to donate the prize money to Hearing Dogs :)
Harley still in the lead at the moment :j:j

Bah, my enthusiasm from this morning seems to be dwindling, I could really do with a wee afternoon nap at the moment. Must be turning into my granny! I always want to snooze about this time of day.

Took DD to the park for a picnic, wasn't quite as warm as it looked out there! I'm freezing so gonna make a cuppa and perhaps rest my eyes for a couple of moments :rotfl:

At least if you rent when the boiler goes the landlord has to pay to get it fixed:o to be honest we would of been better off never buying and ds3 would of had a house built for his needs:o:o
You possibly would be now but in years to come you'll hopefully be mortgage (& rent) free. Believe me, it's wonderful :)

If I am using the GR vouchers against an M&S shop am I right in thinking that the till doesn't account for the £10 dine in, so therefore if you scan your voucher before the till takes off the discount you don't need to make up the shopping. If you see what I mean?!!! I haven't explained that very well at all!

So for example if a chicken was £8 starter £4 pudding £5 and wine £6 (which amounts to £23, but is in fact £10) I would only need to buy £2 worth of shopping. Hope that makes better sense.

Feeling like a zombie today after a stupid early wake up.

One thing I would say is be careful with the chicken. I tried it today, found an £8.03 chicken (right kind) away from the meal deal stand and was not marked as a main! It did not work so I had to forget my cards :( Will be going back tomorrow though :D

    Fantastic news!

Wow that must feel so good:):j Congratulations

    Thanks

Yes, I feel so happy about this. In fact I feel I should be doing something to celebrate - but what? Can't go for meal with DH as he is working 7 days a wk (and overtime at nights) so is knackered.

Going for lunch with pal during next wk so we can devour loads and loads of food - that will be different as I am cutting my food intake at the mo for summer hol approaching.
