Good morning. Away for the weekend so no time to catch up. Anything brilliant going on?
You can make meatballs with ordinary mince. Scrunch up onions in chopper or chop finely. Add salt, pepper and herbs to your taste, add an egg or two to bind it and mix all together. (I use my antique Kenwood Chef so no work required.) Then shape into balls. Best to leave in fridge before cooking so they solidify a bit.0 -
