Morning all! I was up late last night talking to a boy for almost two hours  Good grief. He's significantly less available than the other guy who has been sending me nice messages but talking doesn't hurt I guess....it's always nice to get attention.

Hey EP, check you out...2 guys at once ;)

Hello Everyone:wave: DS is staying today but I have borrowed his lappie to post. Family dinner last night as one of Sisters is over from Oz. DD wanted me to do them meatballs :rotfl: Used to make them out of T's Burger glitch but of course none left in freezer now which meant paying full price  However got a nice surprise PP.

Good morning. Away for the weekend so no time to catch up. Anything brilliant going on?

You can make meatballs with ordinary mince. Scrunch up onions in chopper or chop finely. Add salt, pepper and herbs to your taste, add an egg or two to bind it and mix all together. (I use my antique Kenwood Chef so no work required.) Then shape into balls. Best to leave in fridge before cooking so they solidify a bit.
