:hello:My 'social event' tonight ended at 8.30. It was in my town with the Morries that closes at 9pm, so I managed to do a "Morries walk" - just about - quick walk along every aisle and end;) - as usual, not much changes from Monday but occasionally they've been known to put fresh fruit on special offer from mid-week, which was the main reason why I decided to have a look in (price collection day folks;), though it will probably not formally change in APG till tomorrow or Friday).

No new comparable special offers in the fruit area to report, but main change will be that McVities Jamaica Cake is off (assuming APG picks up new price) - now shows £1.30 in this store, although you'd never have bought elsewhere unless there was a price SEL issue in the first place:rotfl:. Other than that, the Tomato/Pasta Sauce I mentioned on Monday (on RTC 10p in M) appears to be a no-go anymore, as no longer found in store. The errant SEL for the V05 Moisture 250ml Shampoo or Conditioner, whatever it was:o, is also no longer there - 50p RTC - no stock, no SEL, appears not to be goer on Tvs M.

This was the store without the Bart Lemongrass again, so I can't confirm whether that is still 48p, but it 'probably' is.

Morrisons Turkey Gravy Mix 30g on 50p - buy 1 get 2 'free'. So any 3 for 50p. Appears to be unavailable in A or T. Also no trace on msm for Morries - so you do need my price checks folks;):D:rotfl:.

The mix and match with the BP'B'V Oranges, the 1kg Carrots and the 1.5kg bags of New Potatoes appears to be 'okay' as it works out at 50p each on purchases of 3. Any 3 for £1.50 in M and none of these three are comparable from Mr A under APG. Seems fairly good value at 50p each to me (although having to buy three packs) unless, as usual, my night out and M 'price glimpse:rotfl:' has taken me out of the loop on everything else as per normal:rotfl:. Any Wednesday night things in Mr A? Please spill the Heinz Beanz now as no chance of me catching up.

And, finally, I wasn't pleased at all to see some Strongbow Citrus Edge packs this time, piled up and with a price offer card stuck to some of them showing 2 for £16. These were the ones my womble bought at 2 for a total of £22 in Mr A, with the not enough items:(:(. I mentioned Sainsbobs at 2 for £18, would have been all things equal £5.80 APG:mad:, but, grrr, even worse still now if they had not bought 8 items and if this would otherwise have compared vs M on mbuy.

And - oh look:( - the useless Citrus Edge here:

    Strongbow Citrus Edge Cider (10x440ml)

    £11.00 (25p/100ml)
    Add to list

Now showing pricing for M (it wasn't before), but - (1) it means absolutely nothing as APG does not use msm.co.uk nor does T PP and (2) £16 for in effect a 20 pack is too expensive for me and so is 10% off it (even assuming it worked). So not one, ot two, for us! It's not useless of course, I'm only calling it useless as it was for me, as the womble was a nil return:(.

This is some Strongbow 20x440ml pack, or Carlsberg 20 or Carling 20, each at £10 each for M (I think max 2. per customer, though whether that is picked up APG/T PP?). The £10 for 20 pack is about our pricing for a non-glitched pack.

Think that's all to add to what I found on Monday.

I failed to notice the price on the 4 pack Avocado Ripen at Home (Tvs M) in the fruit section of the store. However, the customer in front of me on the till just happened to have one in their shopping. They only had about 15 items as well - now what were the chances of that? 4 pack Ripen at Home Avocado - T vs M at £1.75 vs 99p (unless anyone can find it on msm for A). Thank you previous customer in M!:T:T

I'll put all this, hopefully, in due course, into Avs M and a new Tvs M list, together with the info. from my 'long' post on Monday, whichever one that was. Bear with me, if I ever get there:(, as also trying for Tvs A, both of my S BMatch lists and for Avs W. I am a busy guy!:rotfl:

    That's it - you're up to date!

Any APG glitches I've missed/am missing?;):)

Sadly it's a fixed social event. We had some fun at it though. And :o:oI'm not much interested in football. I'll watch/listen to it occasionally though, so certainly nothing against it.

Er...actually I might well just have made myself more attractive to some of the women-folk on here!:rotfl::D

Thanks. Wise decision not quoting as would only repeat the whole lot on the forum. As for the "Morries walk", yes it was a nice half-hour trip through the aisles - and nothing failed to be missed by my sharp eyes once again:D.

[Edit - oh - should have mentioned Jammie Dodgers are really on 2 for £1.50 in M but looks like they've picked up price of 2 for £2.18:eek: glitching against our favour on APG:(, so when they buy them that'll lose us even more vs M:(:(. Let's hope this price collection (the Monday info.) quickly moves onto Wednesday and corrects it a little.]

Also maybe this will go vs £1 for M. Or maybe not. (Perhaps it'll go vs higher priced:eek:.)

Not that you would seek to compare vs possible dubious info. of £1 on packs of sweets:rotfl:.

I enjoyed this one and whoever thought it up is genius. I reckon the key is to not get caught up in the story and just pay attention to the detail :D
