did not get my cc order for the paint brushes, my shop rang me and said they have cancelled order due to them not being able to sub.
I said why

because other brushes are dearer.

I made a polite cs call and they said store was right as of the price difference. I pointed out that they are still available to put in basket. why have them on site if you cant supply.
anyway conversation went on a bit and I said I would just keep popping into store to get them as I've lost confidence in cc.

she said well well send you an evoucher for £10. towards your next shop.
I soon got my confidence back.
I want to point out that I was not after compo, I just wanted to know why they weren't subbed.
