frozen croquettes

Hello! Well I am doing this fiscal fast thing, and I found a full bag of frozen potatoe croquettes in the freezer. But they say they are only for the deep fat frier, which I don't have anymore..... so do you think ill be able to do them in the oven? Any ideas? Thanks in advance! :) Sandy x

I've always had them cooked in the oven, I assume it's just the normal potato with breadcrumbs? Try a couple next time you have the oven on for something, you've got nothing to lose.

I'd do them in the oven, or in a frying pan. Do them slow/low if left frozen, or if you defrost them first then just cook at "the normal temperature" in the oven, or on a medium heat in the frying pan.

Oven, grill or pan - it all works, although the crumb might not be so golden.
