i am trying to find out what has happened to my prize in the compass of now giveaway on mse. i was pm'd to say i had won and sent off my address but nothing has arrived over a month later. i can't pm mse debs to enquire as its not allowed. no replies via email or facebook either. can someone from mse at least acknowledge my messages?

We've been in touch with the supplier and they have let us know that they were waiting on additional stock but have now dispatched all books. It should be with you by the end of the week.
