questions to ask venue

Hi everyone,
We have started looking at venues for our wedding and are keen on hiring a self catering cottage for a few days for it. Will be a very intimate wedding of less than 20.
What questions should I be asking when we view? We are in scotland so don't need to worry about the place being licensed to hold weddings.
In the process of making a list of things that are important to us.

Floss

Are they happy to have their premises used as a wedding venue?
Who will cater for the wedding meal - do they have caterers they can recommend?
Are decorations allowed?
Privacy - i.e. no cleaner popping in as you say "I do"
