KS unfortunately this could be applied to all lenders as you wouldn't allow a client to revert to Accords 5.99% SVR.0 -
If two firms merge and are both on Accords panel (YBS group) then I don't believe it would of been classed a material change.

Just got a call from the mortgage broker saying that Accord have realised they were wrong about it being a material change, and they will simply re-issue the offer with the new solicitor details.Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks
