Hi I have a mortgage offer from halifax, infact we have exchanged contracts on houses and due to complete on Wednesday.
Been having nose around forums on here and realised there's a new critirea as of this weekend, is that right ?. I'm just wondering if all this will effect current offers with solicitors ( not the aip stage) ..
Many thanks sarah
