Good Evening,
I am due to begin a role with Lloyds Banking Group as a Contractor. I have been given the options of going through an Umbrella Company or setting myself up as Limited Company.
Clearly, setting myself up as an Limited Company is likely to mean me keeping more of my money.
However, from those who have done it, I would like to know please:
* How easy is it to do?
* Approx how many hours would it take?
* Is the bit of hassle worth it or should I go through an Umbrella.
Any advice, would be greatly appreciated

Just found this forum. Does anyone know if it is worth setting up a ltd company through an umbrella company for only part of the tax year? Will I get hit with a disproportionate amount of fees?
Reading the forum, it looks like Contractorumbrella and Parasol seem to be recommended companies - any others?
Thanks0
