Tesco Mobile - Hurry, tesco rarely have free sim promotions! Maximum order of 4.
Orange - Maximum order of 4. These aren't in sealed packs, but come on pieces of paper attached to the sim.
O2 - New one as of today! Maximum order of 4.
T-Mobile - 2 sims ordered as standard.
Vodafone - Accepting new orders since last week. Maximum order of 2.
*All free sims are from the Network directly.

I just ordered 2 free orange pay as you go sim cards ironically from https://www.multimap.com

I know that the offer doesn't show up all the time, sometimes there is an offer for Sky and almost certainly others.

I did a search for a place, and on the page was an offer for a free sim card, which I changed to 2 sim cards - why not - you enter your details on the multimap site or I would give you the forwarding details.

After ordering for me I thought I'd refresh my page to see if the offer still appeared which it didn't it was something for sky tv - no use to me. Thought oh no use mentioning it as they probably have other adverts, but after a second refresh the offer returned. So I suspect there are less adverts than I thought.

Basically find a map, then refresh the page until the offer appears. The advert is both top and bottom of the page in a largish rectangles - you can't miss them!
