Yes. I ordered a CD on 13th June, and it had pending dispatch for ages. It was a present, and I knew it wouldn't arrive in time, so ended up having to call them to cancel it, as they didn't reply to either of my 2 emails about it. Don't think I'll be using them again until they sort themselves out.
