I placed an order on 6th June, and cancelled it last week after many emails/calls and not being told anything. Tho this was an imported cd and was just after their fine/ "fire". Have just bought a cd with my points so will let you know if that shows!

Thats me that appears to have lost out too then.

I didn't bother to save a screenprint or the emails because everyone had been getting their points without any probs- THATS MY LESSON LEARNT:mad:

i placed an order with them on th 3rd of june, emailed them after a month as it was still saying pending and had an email back from them saying they had exhausted all their stock so have cancelled my order....

Got my 9th voucher come through the post today only ordered it 5 days ago,why cant pigsbck be like this with the points being credited to peoples accounts.I recieved another email from pigsbck regarding the U Switch points lol asking for confirmation from U Switch luckly i kepted all emails from them ,so have to wait and see when the points will be credited ony waited 3mths and supposed to been 28 days,so i think from now on keep your emails for proof.

I wouldnt give up on your points email them and tell them roughly when your registered with U Switch Good Luck

When my daughter's voucher arrived, Plymouth (which is the city listed for her postcode) wasn't printed in the address. Only Wadebridge, Cornwall which is where she lives and what she typed in by hand. So I think you should be OK. When she had a review printed it said her name and Plymouth but that didn't really matter.

Yes I ordered something on 25th and still no sign of it. I was just about to E mail them. I got my piggypoints the next day but no CD.
