I've had a similar problem where I can login fine but when I click on 'My account' it asks for my password again and then says it is incorrect.

What I do when it does this is logout of Pigsback completely, then clear cookies/temp files and log back in. This seems to work for me but only if I use the 'My account' link along the top line of the Pigsback homepage and not the links down the right hand side. I hope that makes sense.

If this doesn't work maybe you should contact Pigsback directly, they can be helpful... sometimes.
