That sounds remarkably like what happened to me - very crushed envelope, (though it hadn't been opened just looked as though it had been dropped in the middle of a rugby scrum! ), no sample, but a notelet and a 50p coupon. :rolleyes:

Have you actually checked to see if your birthdate is recorded on PB? Also, if you used Firefox the recording of your date of birth won't have worked.

Of course, you could be like the Queen, and have a second "official" birthday, which presumably would be in a day or two's time ...

ohh noo, i gave myself a second birthday, because it seemed to miss mine, but i did it through firefox and now i don't think i can do it again, boo hoo:mad:
