That sounds remarkably like what happened to me - very crushed envelope, (though it hadn't been opened just looked as though it had been dropped in the middle of a rugby scrum!), no sample, but a notelet and a 50p coupon.

I voted for that one! Good luck!Much of the social history of the Western world over the past three decades has involved replacing what worked with what sounded good. - Thomas Sowell, "Is Reality Optional?", 19930

I'm still around but my internet varies from slow to non existant. I'm trying to escape from Tiscali at the moment which is a challenge :mad:There is a forgotten, nay almost forbidden word which means more to me than any other. That word is England.

Of course, you could be like the Queen, and have a second "official" birthday, which presumably would be in a day or two's time ...Much of the social history of the Western world over the past three decades has involved replacing what worked with what sounded good. - Thomas Sowell, "Is Reality Optional?", 19930 -

I have just being told that I should get my birthday points from 8th July by the end of the week. Not bad since this is the 3rd time I have being told this on three different weeks.
My birthday was 9th July, i have been told i will get them by the end of the week too along with my wimbledon points after 3 emails, sent them an email complaining i hadn't had my songpeople points or lipobind comp points yet awaiting a reply.
I switched electric and gas through uswitch yesterday as they are doing 3000 points for a switch, bet that will be a battle too, took ages to get my 500 for a water meter enquiry!
Not that i don't have faith in them or anything lol!Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0
