I know Im only new to comping (about 4ish weeks now) but I just seem to have lost all the mojo I had doing hundreds a day etc. No wins as of yet to boost me back a bit. Just wondering how many comps a day do other people do, anything I can do to get my clicky power back??

I know exactly how you feel, it's very disheartening, i enter hundreds, and i do all the mags, the mag daily ones too, i have been entering for nearly 5 years now and i can't remember the last time i won something, but there are a lot of people that are very lucky and win lots of times, 4 weeks isn't a long time really, keep at it, i'm sure you'll win something nice soon
Good luck xx0 -

I've been doing this for 3.5 weeks and had 5 wins.
Beginners luck, or clearing the board in that time aswell as mag dailies and click wins..... who knows?
I would say in that time i have done 3000 plus comps across all mediums.
I wouldnt say i enter everything, i am still quite selective. I just enter things that would benefit myself, my partner and our families. That includes anything that would be incredibly useful in our home no matter how small.
I would keep at it and wait and see, 4 weeks isn't long so i've read and i was never expecting to win anything myself at all, i thought i'd be doing this months before seeing a win lol, so when i did start winning i was incredibly surprised and excited.
I think you have to think of end dates aswell, time it takes for someone to contact you after a win, it all takes time. So you could have won already, you just haven't been notified yet and half the comps you have done could be ending on the 30th, i know half the ones i have done are ending then.0 -
I've been at it since the beginning of April and had my first win yesterday. I agree with the others, depends what comps you have been entering . . perhaps try doing some end-date ones. Though I noticed looking through the boards that some people don't recommend this, anyone tell me why? I'm guessing because sometimes they end early?
I just started doing the click-to-wins and mag dailies a couple of days ago, definitely need a system there otherwise you'll be there all day haha!Student MoneySaving Club member 017!0 -

Don't give up! I am a comping slacker (well compared to those here who enter hundreds of comps each day) as I only really enter about 10-50 competitions each day (sometimes none:eek:). Since I started comping in 2010 I've won loads of books, dvds/blurays, beauty products, make up, a cushion, a very ugly coat
, a couple of vouchers (small amounts £20ish), some dresses and a few posters. I have only had 2 big prizes one of which was a shopping trip to London with £800 in cash and a night in a posh hotel and recently I was told I've won a £500 ASOS voucher although I'm still waiting for that to arrive in my inbox (go faster ASOS!).
Anyway what I'm trying to say is... KEEP GOING...stay positive, keep your email inbox nice and clear (and keep an eye on your junk mail* too) and get on with entering competitions! That first prize is coming, very soon.
*Due to junk mail neglect I missed out on a giant cheesecake prize. My other half who is a sugar-fiend has never forgiven me...:rotfl:0 -
Clear the board then keep up to date with newly posted comps. The wins will eventually come in. You just have to be in it to win it.
I enter over 300+ comps a day. I've gone months without a win before, then I got a lot of wins at once.

Rafflecopters
Blog Comps
Both generally have less entries.
I once decided I wanted some hotter shoes so did a regular google search for 'win hotter shoes', along the way I found one with only 17 entries and a convoluted entry process which I doubted many would have complied with. I did and won.
Don't just follow the list here all the time.0
