Lloyds CCJ but then reclaimed PPI
Options
Hi
Just wondered if anyone could help me.
In 2009 Lloyds pursued me for two loans and were able to secure two CCJ's and put charges on my property both loans around 6k. the problem at the time I was being pursued by many creditors and even had arrangements in place with one side of Lloyds for paying the loans but the other side kept pursuing me (customer service v collections) and to be honest I gave up and let them pursue - I was sick of the many phonecalls at home at work and buried my head in the sand. My fault completely.
They have since refunded the PPI on both loans and I wondered whether this would give me a case to try and get it back to court and start the process over therefore removing the charges and CCJ's from my credit file. I thought maybe as they've admitted mis-selling therefore the original judgement is wrong?
I'm in a completely different place now and only have these two loans outstanding - which are killing my improving credit file and the problem is my stubbornness is getting the better or me! saying that trying to negotiate with their solicitors is a full time job in itself.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated - thanks in advance.

No. PPI is entirely separately to the loan itself.0

Thanks ZX81 - I just thought as the CCJ's included the original PPI and loan - think it was 4800 loan 1200 PPI then judgement at 6k - that was my thinking!0

Presumably it would change the judgement to £4800 - leaving it on your record, but now with a newer date?
(I am not a credit scorer)0
