If exiting a station, whether to complete your journey or make an out of station interchange (OSI), you should tap out. Providing you tap out, and back in, at recognised OSI locations, the system will join up your journey and only charge for one journey.Yorkie, I have got on the Jubilee line at Canary Wharf without tapping out of the DLR and my statement looked OK.
In this case, although you failed to tap out, as it's a common mistake for people to make with this particular OSI, the system is probably set up to recognise that fact and resolve the journey.0 -
