Which lenders lend at 5x salary and please recommend a mortgage broker in Harrow

Hello
I'm a first time buyer looking to take the first step on the property ladder. To do that I hope to borrow about 5x my salary (currently 44k). I have a deposit of 60k. From Alliance and Leicester's website I found that I can lend at 5x salary (after keying in details - no debt, 1 child, 30yr duration) Does anyone know of other lenders who will do lend at such high salary multiples?
Also can anyone recommend a `whole-of-market' mortgage broker in the area of Harrow. Many thanks.

There will be quite a few (northern rock, halifax, abbey) but better to see a broker who can tell you which will be the best after assessing your complete circumstances.0

There are other lenders that could potentially look at that kind of lending, however it will depend on what kind of score you get on their internal credit scoring systems

Why not wait a couple of years and buy the same house at 3x salary? The monthly payments may be the same but you'll owe less capital0

halifax will lend 5x salary and not just to professionals either
even a salary as low as £16K
I know of an excellent property for sale in your area on at 279950 but would expect you could get it for 260k 3 bed semi lovely garden!!!!
