Looking for mortgage less than £20000

IFA s have turned me down as the amount isn't big enough to make them a 'worthwhile'commission.
Likewise,RBS today told me they would not offer mortgages less than £25,000.

I am looking for a mortgage of between £15,000-£20,000 over 15-20 years.
Thanks in advance,

If it was an IFA they should have offered you a fee option where you pay their fee and they rebate you the commission.

Probably a whole of market broker you spoke to.

Assuming Google doesn't lie, it looks like HSBC, Skipton and Santander should all offer 20k over 20 years at around £100/m (at initial rate...)
