Hi All, just a quick Q on IPA's. Iv been told i have to make payments £22 pm for 3 years. My Q is after im discharged next year if i have any extra spare income left do i have to pay that to the IPA?

Your IPA payments would only increase or decrease if there is a change in your circumstances. So if when you are discharged you still receive the same income then you just continue paying £22 but should your income increase or decrease you make them aware so they can adjust your IPA as required.0

That is a very unfortunate IPA
if your surplus had been £2 less you wouldn't have got one on your current income, have you signed the agreement already?
To answer your question, yes you have to keep the OR informed of any changes in your income for the 3 years your IPA is in place. This means your IPA can be increased if your income rises but it also means your payments can be reduced/ suspended if your income drops.
If you haven't signed the agreement yet it might be worth putting your SOA up so some of the more experienced posters can check if you have included everything!
