CCA act and agreements before 2007

hi guys
long story short Lowell are taking me to court fot a crap one debt
only supplied the bottom part of an application form from 2004 in response to a cca request. Im 99% sure ive not paid a penny towards this apart from the cca £1's as required

anyway what part of the act tells them it has to have the terms as part of the form i sign as its before 2007 that i signed it

any ammo i can use against them would be great, i have a mediation appointment on the 8th of may so help quickly would be appreciated

If you haven't paid towards the debt since 2004 the easier defence would probably be just to argue that the alleged debt would be statute barred rather than getting in to the details of the CCA, which you may find that they will eventually be able to produce.

i have argued its statued barred.. i last paid somewhere around summer of 07. they say i paid in 2009 which i know is a lie.. as it was around then i was doing loads of cca requests
