Hiya
Ive worked for my current employer just under 4 years. I have been off sick 13 weeks through stress, anxiety and depression.
My sick pay runs out today and I will only be getting SSP.
I cant afford to live on this - i have rent bills etc. However I am not mentally ready to return to work - I am still under doctor and have sicklines to cover me. I am also under nhs well being team and on medication.
I feel if i go back to work it will make me worse.
Is there anything out there that can help me?
Otherwise I maybe forced back to work sooner than my recovery period -
Thank YOu

Do you have ASU or PHI/ Income Protection insurance? Either bought privately or via your employee benefits?
If not you are probably best off asking on the Benefits section to see what the state can do to help you0
