remortgage issues

Hi,
I really hope someone here can offer me some sound advice regarding my remortgage issue.
In short, me and my mum are looking to buy out a family members ex-partner. Our credit scores are both poor due to different circumstances (looming student debts and a PPI dispute). We already have £135k as a deposit and need to borrow £150k to pay off ex - partner. Our IFA has taken £200 and got us nowhere in 6/7 months and we need this resolved one way or another. The very very last case scenario is to sell but we want to avoid that at all costs.
Thank you.

From what you've posted, not much more to offer than find another broker.
It sounds like your credit problems mean a high street lender is probably unlikely and you picked the wrong broker for the case previously.I am a mortgage broker.
