    How much are the properties you're going to be looking at? You will need a deposit of about 20-25%.

    Heres a list of debts

    All debts are between 4-6 years since default

    CCJ - legal recoveries: £1968.85
    Direct legal and collections (Lloyds TSB) £395.62
    Lowell (Vodafone) £329.47
    Lucas (Lloyds TSB) £1305
    Robinson way (HSBC) £1824
    Sandtender (732)

    Total
    £6554.

    Probably not, but worth giving a broker a chance to review your situation.

    I wouldn't expect lenders to suddenly wish to lend you thousands of pounds just because you've cleared old debts. You'll need to demonstrate an ability to manage your money better for an extended period of time.

    How long would that extend period of time be?

    looks like i will just go for partial don't think full and final will make a difference

    I don't want your case, but our £249 is worth every penny, then some.

    You won't pay anything until a broker knows they have got a lender for you.

    Find an independent broker, or carry on asking people on here how long your piece of string is.
