A quick warning to others.
Just had an email drop in to my wins folder, after scanning over it it jumps out as a scam to me, but might not be so obvious to others. Here is the email text and a link from the official Fifa site warning about the scam.
Dear Recipient,
We happily announce to you that your email address has won a prize in the FIFA WORLD CUP 2014 (BRAZIL) KICK OFF PROMOTION draws held on Monday 7Th April 2014, in Essex, United Kingdom. As a Winner in this lottery draw, you are entitled to a return ticket for the games and cash sum of $ 800,000.00 USD (Eight Hundred Thousand Unites states Dollars)
Please contact the under signed for claims. Send all requirement to our to our London office due to language barrier and for easy claim of your winnings.
We congratulate you once more for winning this life changing fortune and experience.
