For a while I wanted to sell an old collection of toys though my website. I contacted a webdesign company but they wanted me to pay a large amount that I would never recover. In the end, I decided to do some reasearch on my own and was able to do it without paying a dime. My hosting company reccommended a free shopping cart called Comersus, I registered on the site and downloaded it from http://comersus.com Regarding payment gateways, I decided to use a free system without setup fee and chose http://www.paypal.com The shopping cart allowed the use of PayPal without having to buy anything additional so I just had to upload my PayPal account in the Wizard. The whole e-commerce, 100% free.

there are lots of free shopping carts you can use on your website.. for a start content management system modules which have a HUGE community provides many free reliable ones.

Actually just looked at the domain whois. My apologies.. looks like a valid genuine site/product and not just brand new which you're advertising ^-^
