More staff, baskets and "free" carrier bags mean more overheads and a higher cost to the consumer.0

At the Aldi I use people with 1 or 2 items are always allowed to go in front of the queue. This way they don't need their own queue with people taking more than the allowed number through or staff sitting doing nothing because everyone has a trolley full.:cool:
