Does she have a tenancy agreement and does she pay a fair rental price?
  • Hi, I am BR and rent a flat from my Dad, before I went BR we did not have anything in place like a tenentcy agreement so just printed one off just to confirm the rent patment.
The Judge did not look at the agreement but did send a copy th the OR.
It also does help having something in place.
