Van Meuwen unique voucher code?

I got a Van Meuwen catalogue which has £10 off orders over £40 plastered all over it. So I sit down today to order and on reading the £10 off voucher closely, it appears I need the unique code which was printed at the bottom of my welcome letter.

I can't recall ever having a welcome letter in the pack? I've checked the recycling and the bin but no joy. I've only had the catalogue 2 days so if there was a letter, I think I would have found it.

Has anyone else received a welcome letter? Or is this just a ploy to get us to order?

Received catalogue over the weekend. They have a letter like a loose page with your customer number and a code for whatever offer you have been singled out for I got free delivery. It looks like it is the bit that has your address on it. Phone up and say you have binned it by accident I'm sure they will give it you again rather than lose your business.

Might try that, just worried about them keeping me on the phone as I'm sure they will charge by the minute.

I really cannot find that darn letter! Normally goes straight in the recycling but it's not there. Typical!

Would anyone have a Van Meuwen discount code please? It says that you get a discount code with your order confirmation so if anyone has one that won't be using, I would be grateful.
