Just checking I am doing this right. I log in with facebook for some competitions and it asks for email. I assume this is my normal email address and not some weird one that facebook creates. Hope I make sense. Also I have only joined facebook to do competitions. I don't have any "friends", is this OK.

Some FB apps will reject if you don't have friends, though this is rare
I always use my normal email address
