Hi everyone
I have just received my first reply from MBNA and am shocked to see that they seem helpful rather than hostile.
They have restricted the account and told me to destroy the card (already done!!)
They have sent me a income and expenditure form to fill in.
As I have been using the NEDCAB templates should I fill this form in or carry on with the ones on the NEDCAB website.
I am still waiting for replies from Barclaycard and M&S money - Should I wait for replies from them or carry on with MBNA
Thanks for your help
Dave

Hello there,
Do carry on using the NEDCAB budget - as it meets the industry standard guidelines.
Glad to learn that MBNA are being reasonable, I'm sure the others will follow suit.
Best wishes,

Be sure to find out what each company intends to report the account as on your credit file.
Some may default. Gone in 6 years.
Some will put arrangement to pay. So if it takes 6 years to pay, then that stays 6 years from the date paid. Hence screwed for 12 years.
Good work with MBNA.
