I've got MS Outlook too. My SP is BT & it's been ok for me. It must be SP that's having issues

    Good Luck sorting it

I have Outlook, it's a bit hit and miss and always crashing but emails are getting through.

    I miss hotmail.

Outlook seems ok for me, at the mo anyway. I access it via the web. Is that the same for you? And have you tried rebooting your puter, or possibly the whole system? Sometimes that seems to sort out a blip. GL

It's now the second day that Tesco e-mail is down. It's a complete shambles: there's very little about it on the tesco.net website, you just have to eavesdrop on a few tweets.

Similarly, the 0345 30 400 30 helpline is a disaster. It seldom responds to menu inputs when you push a button, and if you do manage to get through to someone they're almost unintelligible and they just hang up on you.

The website needs a BIG apology message on its home page together with a full explanation and estimate of when things are expected to work again.

This is becoming a public relations fiasco. Their share price is collapsing because they can't run their supermarkets properly, so this is the last thing they need.

There are lots of Tesco webmail users complaining, and not getting any answers. Lets hope it's resolved soon.
