Precise mortgages

Hi there wondered if any one could help at all !
We had a dip beginning of march, sent all paper work off they wanted, then they turned us down on grounds of being in the overdraft and a day late payment on mortgage in January !
They have sent to come back to them in 3 months time (June) and they will look again. Since then they have done a full credit check on us both, survey was gone too on the new house !
Anyway we have now got rid of the £1100 overdraft got £6000 savings now (very hard with 3 kids!) all in a matter of a month and a half.
What I'm wondering is ......will I need to pay for the arrange fee again ? And what are the chances of them saying yes and maybe asking broker to try again end of may ?
Seller has no idea we have no mortgage offer but isn't in a rush to go anyway !
Any help welcome

I think you should ask this of your broker, they will be best placed, knowing the case.
How do you get to pay off the o/d and get £6,000 savings in that time? if there are any big deposits in your accounts, they will likely need to see where those funds came from.I am a mortgage adviser. You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Precise have criteria which you either meet or dont.... in one sense a good thing as you know whether they will accept you or not, in another sense not so good as if your circumstances change a fair bit, there is no one to make a judgement.
Im not a massive precise user although i do have the odd case going through with them, i think you are going to have to wait until you fit criteria again.
Why precise?
They have their place but im assuming things are not great for you to be looking at them?
Also a late payment on a mortgage is different to a late payment on a credit card for instance. It might not seem important but it is - sorry to sound condescending there.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
