budgeting loan help

Hi all,
I sent off the form to apply for a budgeting loan on the 10/04, haven't received a reply yet so I rang them today and they said there is nothing on the system yet. I can understand with the easter holidays it may take a while, does anyone have any idea of when I will receive a reply?
They also said I will receive a text when they decide, is that correct?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

It's a loan given to you through the DWP, get the form from the jobcentre and send it off. Post below yours has the link. Should of made that more clear, my apologies.
