Sorry to confuse all...My brain is terribly confused! No court date had been set just a 'Statement of Means' I recently sent off the template letter stating that as far as we are concerned the debt is statue barred. We had a reply yesterday saying
"Further to receiving your letter of the 17 April and s.5 Limitation Act request, we confirm that judgement was entered on the 14 January 2014 and so we do not have to reply for any consumer credit or limitation act request"
I have ever ounce of paper work these guys have sent me and NO judgement has been entered ???0 -

OP, you have been advised to ring national debtline on 0808 808 4000 for advice, they will be able to help you sort this out, its impossible to do so on this forum as there seems to be some confusion as to whether the account have been to court or not, its pointless to keep asking for help on here, ring the helpline.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
