Surveys seem to be aimed at selling

Options
I have just started doing surveys and have noticed that the qualifying questions seem to be asking if you are likely to want, or to buy thier products and if you are not likely to buy then you do not qualify to take the survey.
As a bloke who is addicted to saving money and not spending this makes it a problem.
Has anyone else noticed this ?:T

I hear what you're saying but I don't think they want to sell you anything.

I guess they are just not interested in the opinions of people who will never buy that particular product.

I often get screened out when I say I'm not planning on buying a new car in the next 5 years. That being the case why would they be interested in my opinion?

I have never been pestered to buy anything from any surveys I have completed.
  • I think they are just getting the opinion of the people. Their likes and dislike. It depends upon the customer to buy it or not.
