Do you knowif you are entitled to tax credit you can get a discount?

Hi everyone

My husband has filed his papers today - beacuse we are entitled to tax credits he got a discount of £135 off the bankruptcy fees - thought this may be of help to some people.

Thanks for that Molly73...just remember though some courts will ask for proof of benefits so on the day you file don't forget to take any proof of benefits you have.

You can also apply for a refund if you think you may be eligible for part or total remission of the court fee. Just make sure you keep your receipt.
