Anyone got an email address for Vodafone UK that will actually deal with my issue and not keep messing me around?
6 months after discharge, I have been chasing them for 4 months, 3 letters, lost count of phone calls, £200 out of pocket and Vodafone still can't just update my file with the correct information.
If I get no joy tomorrow (waiting on a phone call, like that will happen) I'm considering raising the complaint not with Vodafone but FSO (if that's correct..?)

Try webrelations@vodafone.com quoting the code WRT135 - MSE in the subject line. May shift things quicker.

If you have twitter this may be worth a shot….When I had a problem with Vodaphone I mentioned them in a tweet, and they asked me to follow them, and for me to message them my number and called me back and resolved the issue within 10mins. They couldn't do enough for me.0

Before complaining to the FSO you have to go through VF's own complaints procedure. When I had an issue with them and tried this they conveniently could not locate my account or any record of me as a customer. Effectively, this enabled them to prevent me from complaining to the FSO.0

Hi iosullivan,
I’m sorry to see what’s happened.
So I take a closer look at things, please email me via the link in our profile here.
Just copy and paste the link into your web browser and it'll take you to the Contact us form on our website. To make sure it reaches me, you’ll need to quote the code WRT135 - MSE in the subject line.
Once sent, you’ll receive an automated reply with a reference number. Post back with this and I’ll check I've received it and get back to you as soon as I can.
Thanks,
Jenny
