Repo Shortfall

Sorry if this is in the wrong thread!
House keys were handed back to bank Sept 2013, after divorce and I couldn't afford to keep mortgage on my own, ( 2 kids aged 3 and 8). House sold last month leaving shortfall of 29k between me and ex.
Bank passed debt to Enact, who have sent a letter asking for financial statement, and at the end of letter it asks for a lump sum in settlement or monthly payments until full balance paid or monthly payments to repay _____ in settlement of debt.
Having filled this in my income looks a lot, wages 110 per week, tax credits, csa, housing benefit etc, I'm worried what they will expect me to pay.
Any ideas what I could offer??? I have no savings and now private rent.
Thanks
