CCJ Claim against me stayed?

Hi,
I got a CCJ letter through last month related to a CC debt I had in 2008.
I submitted my response and I claimed that the debt was statue bared as no acknowledgement of the debt or payment has been made in the last 6 years.
I got a letter back from the court acknowledging my response and it says the claimant has 28 days to respond before the claim is stayed.
The 28 days has now lapsed.
Does anyone know what happens now? can they just come back to me in x amount of years and re-start this back up? Will there be anything on my credit file about this unsettled claim?

Unless it is within 6 years, then they can reopenDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
