Agency workers contract question

I have now been working for the same assignment with same company for just over 3 months and am aware my contractual conditions change at this stage.
Out of interest should I get an official new contract with new regulations and entitlements detailed from either my agency or the company i'm contracted to?

Thanks

    Who issued your first "contract"?

How are you paid? From your agency direct or via an umbrella?

Contract was issued by the agency.Just the standard original one I imagine every temp gets,I get paid weekly by the same agency directly.

In that case your employer is the agency and they are the people to inform you of any change to your contract.

Do you have a comparator who is directly employed by the client organisation? If so, do you know whether they are paid more than you have been so far or that they would get more than the minimum statutory paid holiday entitlement?

If you know for sure that they would be paid more or receive more holiday, then you could "remind" the agency that you should now be entitled to an increase in your pay or holiday accrual rate.

The agency doesn't need to issue a completely new document to cover any change.

    Aren't you talking about AWR?

If you spend 12 weeks in the same job with the same hirer, you qualify for equal treatment. This means you’re entitled to the same basic terms and conditions as ‘comparable workers’ - employees doing the same job in the same workplace.
